About
Town House Bed & Breakfast, Skipton, is the ideal base for exploring Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales. All our rooms are clean and comfortable, fully featured and all have ensuite bathroom facilities. We have a large private car park right next to the property which is free for our guests to use.
We offer guests a choice of whether to opt for a delicious cooked breakfast, or to have a continental style breakfast in the room and save money.
We have a range of room types and sizes from single, twin, double and small family, right up to large family sleeping a maximum of 4 people. The prices vary accordingly.
There is fibre broadband Wi-Fi throughout the premises and Sky Sports TV in all rooms. We offer discounts for longer stays and for business customers, so please ask for details if this is you.
You can always be assured of a friendly welcome and we are on call to help with local information, or in the rare event of an issue. We hope you enjoy browsing our site.

F.A.Q.

From our car park, you can walk to Skipton High Street in 30 seconds. The bus station is also less than 100 yards away. Despite being so close to all the amenities, we're in a quiet location away from the noise of traffic etc.
Yes, all our rooms are ensuite. One has a bath, some have a shower, others have both, so please check the details before making a booking.
We can sometimes offer an early check-in, but cannot always guarantee it. You are welcome however to park and collect keys prior to the designated check-in time. We also have a key safe in the event of a late check-in, of if we are unable to be on site for any reason. If needed, you will receive a text message with operating instructions, on the day you are due to arrive.
If a guest needs to cancel a booking after paying a deposit, they can do so free of charge up until 7 days before the date of check-in. After that, the deposit will be refunded if we are able to relet the room(s) for the standard rate. Failing this, your deposit may be forfeit.
The room price varies by type, the number of guests and length of stay. Single rooms start from £65.00 per night and double rooms from £100.00 The prices all include a continental style breakfast in the room, or you can choose to add a delicious cooked one for a small surcharge. We might be able to offer a discount for longer stays, or business users, so please call us for more information.
Unfortunately no, we do not allow any pets. This is because we get a lot of guests who suffer from allergies and cannot stay where pets have been.
Yes, we have a large private car park next to the B&B, which is free for our guests to use, with 1 space per room.
Our B&B is strictly NO smoking throughout the premises
There is continental breakfast provided in the room, which in included in the price. A cooked breakfast can be ordered during the stay for £5.00 per person
